Summary:

The Program Management Office , Intern (PMO) perform a variety of information technology (IT), business, and program/project management related activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)

  • Help develop and review Program Deliverables (i.e., Program Management Review charts, Proposals, etc.).

  • Assist in the research of metrics, measurements, and critical success factors (CSFs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for gauging program and operational performance.

  • Develop an understanding of IC/DoD government contracts and the role of the PMO in overseeing the execution of contract requirements

  • Work with senior business and operational analysts to implement metrics and KPIs; assist with measurements and data analytics.

  • Support activities related to data management, governance, and analytics.

  • Assist with process development and documentation.

  • Attend meetings with senior level management to develop a better understanding of the business and the contract.

  • High School and a minimum of 3 years of college completed.

  • Actively pursuing an Undergraduate’s degree in a Business or Information Systems (i.e. CIS, MIS, CS, etc.) related field, preferred

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.
