Job Descriptions:

The Small Business Inside Sales Associate is an important part of a bigger team of people in a collaborative effort to ensure the customers’ over all experience is exceptional. The job includes a fast paced environment of receiving calls, qualifying the caller’s interest and then either selling from a pre-set price sheet or redirecting the call to the appropriate team member as needed.The daily work environment is fast paced, with constantly changing opportunities where full product and process knowledge are required.A successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven commitment to excellence, ingenuity and the ability to multi task while following established procedures.


  • Product knowledge and pricing. Be able to offer all available products to the customer or caller so that they can make an informed decision about their rental and service selection.

  • Qualify the call. Know the appropriate procedure to ensure the customers’ needs.

  • Operational knowledge. Have a complete understanding of order fulfillment so that all critical items are covered and incorporated into each customer order.

  • Complete understanding of the entire customer service process including order entry, complaint handling, inventory availability, service issues, and Accounts Receivable.

  • Troubleshoot issues using available resources to resolve simple issues in a proactive manner to avoid occupying operations time whenever possible.

  • Attend periodic sales meetings as scheduled by Sales Manager.

  • Consult with customers to help coordinate events and anticipate their temporary restroom needs

  • Handle customer management through email & extensive phone communication.

  • Technology knowledge. Be able to work with all software the company uses to manage and maintain customers.

  • Create proposals including cost estimating using basic spreadsheets.

  • Educate customers on Operational Standards that enable 100% customer satisfaction.

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Proven history of providing exceptional customer service
