Business Analyst

Key Role:

Work under general supervision and provide consultation to the client's staff, helping to shape IT strategy and direction of one of the largest IT ecosystems in the federal government. Display a proven record of success for independently delivering tasks and products to clients. Work in technical teams investigating, analyzing, defining, tailoring, and implementing technology solutions that help to align technology and business goals. Perform daily engagement with client technical staff. Leverage experience with handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities as set by government leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience with applied business, including internships and externships, showing an exceptional academic record

-Knowledge of organizational development and change management concepts

-Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a complex, dynamic environment

-Ability to provide writing samples required

-Ability to apply core expertise toward business and IT transformation of large organizations, focus on modeling, and analyze an organization’s mission and goals, business functions, data, applications and systems, and technologies

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft SharePoint

-Experience with providing enterprise architecture-related support to US government agencies

-Experience with supporting the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Enterprise Architecture or Technology Management Certification
