B3 Group Inc. is looking for Subject Matter Experts (Level 3) to support a contract for the Defense Acquisition University. These roles will be responsible for providing technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems, which require graduate level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
Must have subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas:
DoD Science and Technonology Management
DoD Reliability & Maintainability Engineering
DoD Software Development
DoD Cyber Security
DoD Systems Acquisition Management
DoD Facilities Engineering
DoD Financial Management
DoD Logistics Management
Key functions of these roles include:
Participate as needed in all phases of development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation and presentation phases.
Apply principles, methods and knowledge of the DoD functional and related topical areas of expertise to specific task order requirements.
Design and prepare technical reports, studies, and related documentation, makes charts and graphs to record results.
Prepare and deliver presentations and briefings as required by the task order.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
In order to be successful in this position, we expect you to have the following skills and experience:
• Master’s Degree required plus Five (5) years of intensive and progressive experience in the individual’s field of study and specialization, with three (3) of those years associated with DoD acquisition.
• DAWIA or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous technical documentation experience preferred.
• Strong aptitude to learn and adapt to technology.
• Ability to adapt well to diverse environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with all levels in an organization, including strong presentation abilities.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and work collaboratively in dynamic team environment.
Desired / Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting Federal clients and/or experience supporting the Department of Defense.
Preference will be given to those individuals where their primary residency is located in a qualified HUBZone (https://maps.certify.sba.gov/hubzone/map/)
