Position Overview:

The Single Family Loan Purchase and Centralized Servicers division is seeking an Operations Change Management Associate. This department is responsible for acting as the primary change management area for projects and baseline functionality to the SailPoint, Enterprise Directory, and Organization and Individual Management applications which are the primary web based systems that enable counterparty and customer access to our Single Family applications. The position will be responsible for planning, testing, and implementing prioritized change to benefit the internal and external customer base. As subject matter experts, this team identifies requirements, creates project and process specifications, coordinates with project teams and performs user acceptance testing. The team also, manages production issues and supports business continuity planning/testing for our applications and represents the organization across the firm in support of tactical and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

• Data mining and big data analysis

• Business requirements elicitation and documentation

• Business process modeling and data analysis including development of business process flows and procedures

• Documentation and execution of User Acceptance Testing for business applications

• Interact and communicate with business and technical personnel to solve business challenges

• Manage projects independently and as a part of the team with internal and external stakeholders

• Identify and develop processes and process improvements

• Issue and risk identification, tracking and resolution

• Meeting facilitation including agendas, meeting minute preparation and meeting presentation development

Single Family Operations


• 0-3 years of experience in change management, production support or related work experience

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience

• Knowledge of the secondary mortgage market

• Ability to manage organized meetings with clear purpose and well defined take a ways
