The Regional Recruiter manages all open positions for experienced hires within a business region.

  • Effectively partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and job requirements inorder to fill open positions in a timely manner.

  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent by leveraging multiplerecruiting resources techniques to identify and engage candidates. Must be able to research and generate recruiting leads for open roles.

  • Recruit talent through multiple social media platforms including LinkedIn and resumedatabases. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.

  • Manage the entire recruiting process including reviewing job requirements, posting jobs on ATS and social media platforms, identifying qualified candidates and submitting individuals tohiring managers and scheduling in-person interviews.

  • Partner with hiring managers to determine “best fit” candidates for open roles.

  • Responsible for developing creative solutions for local BU leadership and HR based on specific challenges.

  • Provide training to internal clients in recruiting process, including interviewing techniques and provide subject matter expertise on recruiting issues. Ensure consistency of programsacross business units.

  • Assist managers in identifying new strategies and programs to attract candidates and ensure Turner is an Employer of Choice.

  • Responsible for producing reports/metrics for Leadership including current job activity, candidate flow and hiring trends. In addition, responsible for analysis and interpretation of key data including market research with the goals being to make recommendations to local HR regarding best in class activity.

  • Build relationships/strong partnerships with Human Resources and Operations communities and other key stakeholders while providing a high level of customer service.

  • Manage key external relationships with vendors including selection, negotiation and management of contract terms.

  • Participate in company-wide Human Resources initiatives.

  • This is a contract position that may convert to full-time based on the needs of the business.

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related discipline and 3-5 years’ experience in recruiting or human resources. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be acceptable. Must be creative, proactive and self-motivated, with strong communication and presentation skills, including verbal, written and listening skills. Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative/team environment and to multi-task in a matrix environment. Ability to initiate and implement new programs and processes with high detail and deadline orientation. Strong Microsoft Office skills required. Must be able travel to recruiting events and other business units.Physical Demands: Performance of the required duties will require sitting; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
