The Human Resources Coordinator's responsibilities: - Schedule a high volume of interviews for hiring manager - Pre-screen all resumes coming in from applications - Conduct first round phone screen with potential candidates - Scheduling meetings, prepare for meetings, and take meeting minutes - Send offer letters to potential employees - Assist the HR team with onboarding and new full-time orientation - Work with new employees to set up benefits and assist with other inquiries
